Staying Safe and Healthy
At the last den meeting the Tigers learned how to stay safe in their homes and how to stay healthy when choosing what to eat. To follow up on these important concepts we all need to practice what we have learned. The Food Pyramid is an important part of maintaining a healthy diet.
